Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to their patients and supporting staff in their daily tasks.Responsibilities:Must be able to drive and have full clean licence as you will be required to go to patients homes to provide careAssisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eatingMaintaining accurate patient recordsProviding emotional support and companionship to patientsCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient careMaintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staffRequirements:Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or similar role preferredA degree in healthcare or similarFull clean driving licenseAn ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a teamStrong communications skills with a high level of verbal and written EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskFlexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekendsMust be legally eligible to work in IrelandBenefits:Company car and fuel card providedCompetitive rates of payFlexible working hoursFull training providedIf you are passionate about providing exceptional care to patients and meet the above requirements, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
