Job description
Your missionAs a Software research engineer, you play a key role in the software development of industrial applications. Your responsibilities are:
- Able to think conceptually about your research, which you will publish and present.
- Develop and integrate algorithms on real time autonomous platforms (drones, AVGs, robots,…)
- Analyze, save, and visualize data to develop application using data-science
- Deploy software and perform version maintenance using virtual machines, Docker container’s, and cloud.
- Able to learn new programming languages to find solutions
Your experience
- Master or PhD in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in developing software application by using Python, C++ and MATLAB, ROS frameworks
- Knowledge of mechatronics system related to robot, vehicles, drive trains, industrial machines, sensors etc
- Fluent in Dutch and English
