Following updated conversations with leadership, and increased investment; we are delighted to be advising a leading Global firm on further strategic growth from Bristol.This outfit are in a league of their own in South West, and have been consistent in attracting and securing top Lawyers out of London; this includes recently acquiring Partners from Magic & Silver Circle, through to leading Global & City firms.Having built this Partner structure, we are keen to hold conversations with Associates through to Legal Directors, who would like to be part of one of the most exciting growth projects in recent years.The salary sacrifice is not as steep as most would expect; with a total potential remuneration that is less than 10% behind London based counterparts. ***Remuneration Package advertised is for Bristol***Considering adjusted cost of living for Bristol, this is a very strong arrangement – and by far the best proposition in SW (Happy to disclose full details on this direct).There is no sacrifice on quality of work, as it is still for the most part London generated; but what it does offer is an environment, culture & City that is far removed from the London hustle.The Bristol leadership/ Partners, are some of the most personable in the industry.
