My Client are an air conditioning and mechanical services company with a Service office based in West Horndon in Essex. They are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Administrator. The position is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 08H00 to 17H00.My client have a large and varied portfolio of customers, and the role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with customers, colleagues and external service providers.The successful candidate will be responsible for effective planning, scheduling, administration and communication with customers to enable work to be carried out by our in-house engineers and subcontractors in a timely and compliant manner.Main Duties:

  • Planning and scheduling of planned maintenance contracts
  • Booking, planning and deploying jobs to engineers
  • Raising customer quotations
  • Answering customer queries
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Ensuring accurate input of customer records on the companies CRM system
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer asset portfolio
  • General administrative duties
