Job Description:Job SummaryThe Senior Project Manager will lead and drive the agile transformation of the Enterprise Treasury and Payments business line. This role requires a seasoned project manager with experience in stakeholders’ engagement, agile transformation, change management, and large-scale deployment of new ways of working.The individual will collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across all functions as well as our Enterprise Agility Incubator to ensure the successful transition to, adoption and implementation of practices leading to structural improvements in the end-to-end delivery of client and business value.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Transformation Leadership

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our agile transformation program
  • Promote and help refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the transformation.
  • Advocate for new ways of working, as per the practices, guardrails and recommendation of the Enterprise Agility Incubator.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with senior leadership across functions to align the transformation initiatives with business goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their buy-in and support.
  • Facilitate transparent communication and reporting on the progress of the transformation and the outcomes of our new ways of working.

Change Management

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to steer adoption.
  • Identify and address resistance to change and manage organizational impacts.
  • (optional) Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to teams and individuals on agile practices.

Data and Metrics

  • Lead and facilitate the implementation and use of data and metrics to measure both the transition progress and the business outcomes

Agile Leadership

  • Engage and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to Value Stream leaders, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Project Management

  • Structure the gradual transition and implementation of the new ways of working into clear deliverables and outcomes
  • Develop transition plans, including timelines and milestones
  • Monitor and control transition progress, ensuring impediments are transparently reported and effectively managed
  • Facilitate the Transition Steering Committee, Monthly and Quarterly Business Review as they adapt and leverage new ways of reporting and managing

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of agile frameworks, OKRs and metrics driven management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM), or similar Agile certification welcomed
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, others).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Experience in change management and training/coaching on agile practices.
