This includes governance of MCA program health, reporting and execution of procedural requirements. The CCO’s goals are aligned to Operational andCompliance risk reduction by creating a robust control environment, while driving efficiency and consistency throughout the enterprise.As a member of the MCA Governance & Insights team, this role supports the development of MCA profiles that standardize risk and control assessments for all Citi enterprise-wide activities. In so doing, the analyst will be liaising with other stakeholder groups – including process owners, risk stripe owners and MCA architects. Success in this role will be contingent on building risk and control knowledge and maintaining a flexible can-do approach to applying this knowledge to a variety of MCA activities. In addition, communication and diplomacy skills will be key when exchanging and working on potentially complex and sensitive information.What you’ll doSupport the team leader in maintaining our MCA profiles inventory, which will grow significantly as we pivot to a process-based MCA program.Ensure new and changing profiles meet quality standards through use of appropriate governance procedures and stakeholder engagement.Drive timely resolution of any conflicting requirements between the different stakeholder groups in profile development and application (profile owners, risk stripe owners, architects)Develop and maintain reports and metrics for tracking the success of our profiles programReview control content as prepared by control owners to ensure it conforms to our control standardsSupport our MCA program lead in adding both control and profile content into our MCA System.Support control and MCA owners in the front line as required to help them navigate the MCA System or develop new content.Prepare content for monthly governance forums and working groupsProvide support in responding to Operational and Compliance Risk events, ensuring these are captured accurately, timely and in accordance with requirements.Provide support in the implementation of standards and procedures that conform to enterprise requirements and support sound operational and compliance risk management.What we’ll need from youRelevant experience in risk and controlExperience in working with the various risk and control systems and reporting requirementsProject management skills.
