Our client, an established electronic music label, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who has a genuine interest in dance/electronic music. The role offers a hybrid working structure with WFH two days a week.Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning campaigns for the company’s exciting roster ranging from globally recognized to underground Artists.
- Developing and executing release campaigns for Singles, Eps and/or LPs.
- Collaborating with Artists and alongside third-party agencies on brand direction and creative projects.
- Enhancing campaigns’ reach with the use of meta-ads, campaign management, and audience analysis.
- Collaborating with the in-house design team to create and manage social media schedules and strategies.
- Engaging online communities and augmenting audiences for both label and priority Artists.
- Applying knowledge of D2C consumer stores and communities, such as Shopify, Bandcamp, Openstage, and Discord, to enhance eCommerce presence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a record label or publisher.
- Possess music industry contacts and understanding of music streaming platforms.
- Proven track record of impacting business objectives with successful record campaigns.
- Genuine love of electronic music and its culture.
- Awareness of trends in fashion, future digital, and music.
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media platforms, and a proficient user of digital marketing tools, design software.
- Strong communication skills, able to manage junior members of the team, and produce robust copywriting and content creation.
- Able to meet deadlines consistently, using organisational abilities to work in a fast paced environment.
