Job description
A global leader in medicated feed additives, nutrition solutions, vaccines, and specialty chemicals, is seeking a Maintenance & Calibrations Lead to join our Engineering team at our Sligo, Ireland site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site maintenance and calibration programs to ensure equipment operates optimally and complies with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.
Lead preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment re-validation efforts.
Oversee a team of engineers and contractors, assigning and prioritizing tasks.
Act as site SME for the eMaint CMMS system, driving improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, audits, and inspections.
Supervise team training on SOPs and maintain on-call coverage as needed.
Lead breakdown investigations and manage corrective actions.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or trade qualification in engineering.
5+ years of industry experience, with 3+ years in GMP maintenance (chemical, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or control systems).
Strong technical aptitude and experience maintaining utilities and production equipment.
