Job description

  • Handle the onboarding and recruitment of the substitutes
  • Work closely with the HR Manager regarding the questions of staff absences
  • Prepare service agreements for new substitutes
  • Provide monthly budget reports on substitutes payments
  • Collect feedback from staff and substitutes concerning substitute work performance
  • Be familiar with all aspects of the school’s Health, Safety and Security handbook and able to explain these policies

  • Ideally experience in Human Resources and in an international environment
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English (near native level) with working knowledge of French
  • Knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
  • Flexible on hours, able to start working early
  • Eager to develop themselves in an HR position
