Exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Asset Manager to join a growing business with impressive pipeline of Logistics development across Europe. Portfolio monitoring, management and a chance to influence strategic initiatives with the Head of Asset Management.

  • Reporting and pro-active asset management, commercial portfolio.
  • Implementation of asset management initiatives including leasing, re-gears, minor refurb and repositions.
  • Key position linking DM team to AM, on-boarding new assets ensuring a smooth transition for blue-chip occupiers.
  • Management of all 3rd party consultants
  • Prepare and implement annual business plans to increase portfolio performance.
  • Assist in financial cash flow modelling, performance reporting and evaluation of proposed initiatives.
  • Regular external and internal reporting.

  • Fluency (spoken & written) in English and ideally one other European language.
  • Minimum 2-4 years in commercial property asset management.
  • Real Estate (or Built Environment) degree
  • RICS / IMC qualification desirable.
  • Outcome oriented, self-motivated, diligent.
  • Excellent communication, ability to present both verbally and in written reports.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Solid Excel skills, including financial modelling and appraising asset management initiatives.
  • Ability to travel to meet with key stakeholders and tenants across Europe.
