  • Qualified to Degree level.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Two years post-qualification experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

As a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate electrical and mechanical designs and specifications.
  • Produce 2D/3D model files, installation drawings, and isometrics using Revit/AutoCAD.
  • Prepare schematics and coordinate designs into installation drawings for systems including HVAC, Gas Services, Water Services, Drainage, Fire Protection, Power & Lighting Systems.
  • Manage the balance between specifications and drawings to achieve optimal quality and budget for the client.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including the compilation and coordination of specifications for Electrical and Mechanical Services and Installations.
  • Review construction submittals and undertake progress and quality inspections of installation works onsite.
  • Complete site surveys and inspection reports.
  • Liaise internally with Project Engineers and externally with design team members, public utility providers, and local authorities to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Manage drawing schedules and revision changes per Project Execution Plans and company procedures.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Inspect sub-contractor’s submittals/proposals brought onsite.
  • Monitor electrical and mechanical system installation quality, conduct site surveys and inspections, and ensure onsite contractors meet strict quality expectations.
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance for reports.
