HYBRID in HOUSTON, TEXAS!
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Communications Analyst in Houston, Texas. This role is centered around enhancing and maintaining our company’s internal and external communication channels. The position requires a keen understanding of various communication platforms and the ability to effectively manage relationships with different stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and update the company website, including leading strategic redesigns and regular maintenance.
• Manage and generate content for the company’s LinkedIn account, including creating and approving posts.
• Assist in the preparation of CEO communications such as emails, town hall scripts, and other forms of employee engagement.
• Support the drafting of press releases and other firmwide communications.
• Manage media inquiries and cultivate PR relationships.
• Develop talking points for CEO and senior leadership media interviews.
• Coordinate and assist in crafting agendas for Partner/Managing Director calls.
• Approve all communication collateral being sent or posted externally, including marketing emails from bankers and presentations at industry conferences.
• Manage the release and approval process for internal deal announcements.
• Oversee the Corporate Communications calendar, liaising with other corporate groups on timing and content of firmwide messaging.
Requirements
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Background from a PR firm, consulting firm, or financial services is PREFERRED
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites
• Experienced in both Internal and External Communications
• Capable of managing Email Communications effectively
• Able to create and manage Website Content
• Familiar with LinkedIn for professional networking and communication
• Skilled in Copywriting and Public Relations
• Able to engage employees effectively and foster Employee Engagement
• Capable of creating compelling Presentations
• Experienced in Corporate Communications
