Our Head Office in South Anne Street is a hub of creativity, style, and innovation.We are looking for someone who can bring a strong commercial & strategic outlook to the Fashion team as a Senior Merchandiser, with experience in managing team and/or a leading role. You will be responsible for driving and executing your Division’s strategy and trading performance, as well as bringing new ideas to drive trade through site optimization and development, campaign and category strategy and reviewing product range and availability. Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue & digital strategy for their Fashion department with input from key internal teams: Buying, CRM, Creative, Marketing, Concessions and Acquisitions
  • Manage the planning and roll out of key trade campaigns as part of the wider Trade team and Digital Department, as well as maintaining the Commercial Calendar for Fashion
  • Collaborate with wider Digital & IT teams to improve customer experience through onsite development
  • Responsible for increasing Conversion by improving on-site search, navigation and product information architecture
  • Responsible for increasing AOV by using different techniques, including cross-sell, upsell and product rankings
  • Manage & achieve deadlines in terms of product, brand & campaign launches through collaboration with various cross-functional teams
  • Monitor stock and range availability; work closely with Buying as well as Concession teams to ensure depth and width of range is optimal to achieve sales targets
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of acquisition channels. Collaborate with online marketing team to identify and utilize opportunities to ultimately increase revenue and increase conversion
  • Create insights on customer behavior and sales. Share insights with stakeholders and key brands especially ahead of key trading campaigns/events
  • Strive for continuous improvement within their team and roll out processes to improve efficiencies and ways of working
  • Responsible for managing and developing a team

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 Years e-commerce experience, with at least 1 year in a management and/or leading role
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage high performing team
  • Deep knowledge of online merchandising and CVR optimization techniques
  • Flexibility to work in rapidly changing environment (digital team) within a larger team
  • Ability to take initiative with a positive, “problem-solving” attitude
  • Strong multitasking skills to ensure flawless execution with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills & proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Commercially focused, with strong knowledge of latest digital technologies, industry and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and can work and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidence, optimism and flexibility in coping with changing priorities
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
