You will have developed your skills in an area that is strategically important for Airbus, you will know about the Airbus business, the opportunities, challenges and needs, and you will have learned more about yourself, and what makes you great!Above all you will have the opportunity to do your best work in an industry that is literally reshaping how we live in our world.If you are ready to join and be part of this journey please apply below.What can you expect…You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Human Resources Graduate and can expect to be involved in the following:Supporting with the provision and coordination of HR services to a particular the business.Supporting with advising the business on people related matters.Supporting with preparing and using HR metrics & reports in support of HR strategy and improvement.Supporting with application and updating of HR policy, E&C standards & national labour regulations in the organisation.Supporting with HR project activities as required.Your development journey will also include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into this position.At the end of the 2-year development programme you will have developed into the position of Human Resources Advisor, or Junior Human Resources Specialist.What we are looking for…To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, we ask that you demonstrate you have:A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of studyRecently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related subjectStrong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovationThe ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.Please note, we love your interest in working for Airbus but we do ask that you make only one application to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme.
