Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Customer Service team to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
- Handle recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Monitor and manage complaints, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong control environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a team leader / managerial role within Financial Services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in customer service, complaint management, and people management.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and handle challenging conversations with ease.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Finova banking tools.
- Understanding of Consumer Duty, GDPR, and the Data Protection Act
