This position will play a key role in Stryker’s project management function and will be a point of contact across a number of ongoing programs and projects for guidance on all things onePLM. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of onePLM and will be able to articulate their knowledge to the wider project management group.

This position is suited to someone who enjoys dealing with multiple stakeholders, Across a number of ongoing projects and offers excellent service to internal customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to internal customers to meet business needs under minimal supervision including, but not limited to:

• Assisting users at all levels of the organization by prioritizing and completing PLM Help Incidents and Tasks in the service now queue.

• Provide support to the Senior Change Management Engineers.

• Liaise with relevant functional groups, facilitate and mentor teams through the change control process. Supports and assists the change owners and initiators.

• Ensuring compliance to the relevant corporate procedures. Super user of PLM system.

• Identify continuous improvement and collaboration opportunities, promoting development and implementation of quality data and reports for improvement and optimization of business processes / results.

• May partner, lead and attend discussions on global processes, corporate forums, collaborate arenas to improve change control Processes system

• Deliver training and coaching for new change management users on change management principles and on the system

• Monitor emerging issues and identify solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• Level 8 Degree (Engineering preferred but not required)

• Strong working knowledge of onePLM

• Critical thinking

• Ability to service multiple customers at once and assess priorities

• Ability to investigate complex system process
