  • Lead and Inspire: Direct a talented group of Tech Leads, guiding them in their delivery and career growth.
  • Talent Acquisition: Play a pivotal role in recruiting and hiring the best talent in the industry.
  • Performance Management: Continuously engage with your team through regular one-on-one meetings, managing career development, and boosting performance.
  • Engineering Excellence: Implement and uphold best practices in engineering principles, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
  • Communication and Risk Management: Keep leadership informed about risk analysis and design trade-offs, maintaining transparency and foresight.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years in software development/engineering.
  • 5+ years leading people
  • 2+ years leading multiple teams.
  • Expertise in managing nearshore and offshore development teams.
  • Proficiency in one or more code bases (C#, .NET frameworks, MVC).
  • Experience in building and attracting talent, and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a conscientious and self-directed work style.
  • A demonstrated ability to design solutions and take on major design or analysis responsibilities.
  • In-depth understanding and application of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor Tech Leads.
