We are currently looking for an Application Support Manager(all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely within the EU
Your mission with us:
The Application Support Manager within our newly formed Application Support Team at Lingoda. You play a crucial role in supporting and optimising our critical third-party applications, our CRM – Hubspot, Learning Management System – Thinking Cap and Aircall
You will be responsible for maintaining high performance and user satisfaction by managing support requests, improving workflows, continuous improvements and ensuring seamless integration and operation of these applications.

Your tasks:

    • Support Requests Management: Promptly respond to and resolve support requests for Hubspot, Aircall and Thinking Cap (LMS) from employees and customers. Identify and address root causes of recurring issues
    • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate application performance and user feedback to make continuous improvements, ensuring the applications meet evolving business needs
    • Vendor Liaison: Act as a point of contact with system vendors for support, updates, and troubleshooting
    • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the applications, including user guides, best practices, and system configurations
    • Best Practice: Stay current on all product updates for our applications and make recommendations to ensure we implementing best practices for application usage, workflow improvements and system optimizations
    • Training: Conduct training sessions for end users, ensuring they are proficient in using the applications effectively
    • Report creation and dashboards: Work with end users gather requirements and help create custom reports and dashboards
    • Automation and Data Quality Projects: Support our Senior Applications manager with projects focused on improving data quality within applications

You bring to Lingoda:

    • Proven experience: 2-3 years of experience performing application support, preferably having worked with HubSpot (or equivalent), LMS systems
    • High learning agility: – self driven in learning new applications platforms
    • Accountable: When required, accountable for a project, a large feature – covering the technical design, architecture and execution of the project (with support of Senior members)
    • Collaborative: Works with stakeholders on upcoming projects and features – helping to ensure we are developing great features as efficiently and effectively as possible
    • Team spirit: Willingness to stand in for team manager in Dev Council when needed, Initiative meeting, Planning, standups etc.
    • Motivation: Makes an effort to understands the wider product and business strategy and can use it to shape projects, features and day to day work
    • Curious mindset: you like to stay up to date with industry best practices and trends and proactively looking to integrate advancements into our ways of working
    • Precision: Creates documentation, spikes, raises and creates backlog items for technical debt
    • Diligence: Follows role guidelines consistently and to a high level, ensuring excellent quality of work
