Role – Scrum MasterDuration – 4 Months Contract(Extendable)Location – Canary Warf, LondonJob Purpose and primary objectives:Our client is looking for a Scrum Master with Client experience. This person will serve as a core member on Client DevOps team, supporting downstream applications globallyKey Skills/Knowledge:Essential

• Proven experience in implementation of Client
• Experience in managing a multi-supplier relationship in delivery of the various products
• Ability to work in a matrix like organization, where vertical (like Sales, Service, Marketing, Pricing, Credit etc.) and horizontal (like build, test, etc.) functional expertise exist within different teams (and individuals in those teams).
• Ability to analyse data, present data in visual forms, and provide the associated commentary
• Ability to spot opportunities for reducing risk and complexity and raise relevant points to the line manager
• Ability to work in a global organisation where associating a face to a name can be difficult. This may sometimes require flexibility in working hours to suit a global audience.
• Implementing technical standards and processes
• Professional Scrum Master I (Fundamental) Assessment from scrum.org or similar (like the Agile Process Management IKM)

Desirable

• Experience in working on the client’s or similar large organisations
• Experience in a similar kind of an influencer role, where control did not reside with the person
• Experience in presenting to large audiences
• Experience in running the sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews and retrospectives will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Azure DevOps and other related technologies
