We’re also committed to designing content for reuse in a way that’s measurable and consistentCulture is important to us and we are looking for intellectually curious, honest, passionate and hungry individuals who are motivated to use and expand their skills, while working on an exciting venture.As a Marketing Copywriter at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be a part of a flat-structure organization, developing innovative offerings that put the customer at the centre. We are looking for a storyteller, editor and strategic thinker who will quickly learn about our audience and create compelling content that empowers and delights users.Job responsibilities:

  • Write engaging, strategic content across every channel – including web, social, comms, display, out of home and search. This includes both organic and paid media
  • Ideate and deliver end-to-end campaigns, with a focus on creating best-in-class customer experiences
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to build trust, challenge intelligently and find smart solutions to tricky problems
  • Evangelise for readability, usability and inclusivity – keeping every customer in mind, every time
  • Think critically and get curious to make sure we’re doing things the right way, and for the right reasons
  • Work harmoniously with fellow copywriters, and contribute to the Content team’s value and reputation
  • Help colleagues become better writers by sharing best practice

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English Language, English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing or similar
  • 3+ years of writing experience in a marketing or creative role, with a portfolio that shows your work
  • A technically skilled, highly competent writer with a knack for language. From micro-copy to long-form, you know how to tell a story with a compelling narrative – demystifying jargon into something everyone can understand
  • Used to working within brand guidelines – you know the value of great CX and the role Content plays in shaping propositions and telling a brand story
  • Experienced in managing and collaborating with stakeholders, and comfortable prioritising to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • A critical thinker who doesn’t shy away from asking the right questions
  • A guardian and advocate for our voice and tone
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy

  • Adept at following processes and you’ve previously worked in a regulated environment
  • Experience of working in enterprise-level companies and the tooling used to run projects – Confluence, Jira in particular
