With colleagues, customers, patients and residents in mind you’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and make a real impact on people’s lives.If you’re an outstanding Scum Master looking for your next challenge, and you want to work with like-minded people, for a business that wants to invest in your growth and development then Bupa is the place you’ll want to be.You’ll help us make health happen by:Own continual development and improvement of the team’s processes and ways of working to remove waste and improve productivity and engagementChair and run all agile ceremonies assisting the teams to meet their iteration goalsFacilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demosAssist the Product Owners/Managers to develop and maintain high quality user-stories, backlogs and drive the adoption of better tooling and processesContribute to the assessment and validation of solutions, designs, POCs (proof of concept) etc to ensure that end to end solutions are fit for purposeWork to appropriate the appropriate standards, development methodologies and strategic architecture frameworksAct as a bridge between the business, architecture, and development communitiesKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Proven commercial experience as a Scrum MasterYou will demonstrate knowledge and experience of some of the following “Data” related areas Data Ingestion, Transformation, Modelling, Analytics, Machine Learning, Security and Data Governance.Working in an Agile environment and the using agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFeTechnical knowledge or some familiarity with approaches, tooling and languages used in the data space (examples could include SQL, Python, R, C#, test automation frameworks, Azure Dev Ops, Snowflake etc)BenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
