The role may include communications campaign management, strategic Brussels/international media relations, crisis communications, and content marketing. Social media/digital expertise is a plus.The Corporate Reputation team in Brussels advises global and European clients from communications disciplines and backgrounds, incl. Campaigning, Crisis & Issues, Data and Insights and Digital.We are looking for a keen communications professional to join our team, who will work on Policy Communications, Issues & Crisis Communications and Corporate Reputation Campaigns. You will be able to demonstrate the fundamentals of creative and strategic thinking, where policy and reputation come together. An interest and affinity for corporate reputation transformation and policy issues is a plus.A successful member of the team is intellectually curious and a confident self-starter with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.What You’ll Do

  • Monitoring of the media and digital landscape, as well as social listening, measurement & reporting
  • Content creation and development including drafting articles, editing or proofreading
  • Contributing to or creating PowerPoint presentations for client meetings or new business opportunities
  • New business support including tracking opportunities, researching companies, insights, and strategic thinking for pitch preparation
  • Day-to-day support of team operations including marketing activities and other important resources and tools
  • Organization of meetings and events with clients, prospects or colleagues including designing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating actions in follow up

How You’ll GrowYou will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and multinational team of experts and to work closely with other FTI offices and segments. You will participate in the development and implementation of communications campaigns for some of the most influential companies across different sectors. To help you along the way you will be given a day-to-day coach who will actively discuss your career progression and development through clear goal setting at the beginning of your time with FTI and through regular performance review discussions. On a day-to-day basis, you will learn how to manage clients and having regular check-ins with your coach or other senior leaders to give and receive feedback and any other development points.We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.   • Strong academic background and relevant experience in the communications sector
  • Fluent in English, and some Dutch and/or French language skills are a plus
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to help translate complex concepts and issues, and strategic ability and creativity
  • Team spirit and determination
  • Ability to deal with ever-changing priorities
