In this role you will provide technical and managerial leadership in railway systems, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Provide technical authority and mentorship, acting as the central contact for all technical matters.

• Ensure team growth in competency and quantity, balancing delivery, competency growth, and succession planning.

• Manage team utilization, training, competency, and career growth, including recruitment and resource forecasting.

• Serve as the software engineering interface, coordinating internal and external partners and addressing quality issues.

• Lead by example, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.

Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills.

• You’re an experienced Software Engineer with previous proven experience in managing small to medium size infrastructure projects.

• You have a tertiary education in an engineering discipline.
