HR | Ireland | Permanent | € 26000 – € 28000As customer Relationship Manager at Sanderson, you will be based in our Dublin City Centre offices on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in office / 2 days remote). The role reports to the Managing Director.Sanderson is a global Talent Solutions business with operations in Ireland, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, and Australia. As Relationship Manager you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for managing and developing relationships with both new and existing customers. Your role will involve working closely with clients, placing candidates into roles, and contributing to the growth of our business. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.

Candidate Placement:

  • Work closely with the recruitment teams to place candidates into suitable roles.
  • Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Business Development:

  • Collate bids and tenders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to expand our client base.

Content Creation and Social Media:

  • Leverage your social media experience to create original content that engages our customers.
  • Promote Sanderson’s services, thought leadership, and industry insights through various channels.
  • Monitor social media platforms and respond to inquiries promptly.

Attention to Detail and Follow-Up:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and client requests promptly.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of any issues.

Interpersonal skills:

  • Represent Sanderson professionally in client meetings, corporate events, and industry gatherings.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, including executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Law, Economics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
