The Process Development Lead for Cytiva is responsible for leading projects, driving process improvement initiatives, and serving as an SME on cross functional and enterprise wide projects to support the global customer service organization.
This position is part of the Process Development team in Global Commercial Operations, located in the US, and will be remote (with a preference in the Marlborough/Boston, MA area). At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
- Lead the implementation of Order-to-Cash and Customer Service projects to drive process improvement and productivity across the Global Customer Service organization.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Order-to-Cash systems and processes, and represent the Global Customer Service function in cross-functional and enterprise-wide projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to share and evolve best practices, process rigor, and execution of projects.
- Champion simplification and continuous improvement through DBS, supporting the wider Global Customer Service team on the journey to a best-in-class customer experience.
- This position is remote in the US, with a preference in the Marlborough/Boston, MA area, or any Eastern time zone state.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
- 5+ years of commercial operations experience in a global organization with deep understanding of inquiry and order management and a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience from working with regional, global, and/or cross functional teams to deliver projects and process improvements
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business processes and user requirements into clear and action focused project plans
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills to build relationships and earn trust and credibility at all organizational levels
Travel Requirements:
- This position requires 10%-20% domestic & international travel, which includes overnight stays.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Oracle and SFDC
- Established process improvement toolkits such as DBS or LEAN, Six Sigma, etc. DBS Certified Practitioner status in a specialty such as PSP, TPI, or 5S would be an additional plus.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
