As our new FP&A Analyst you will report directly to the Director of FP&A, playing a crucial role in delivering financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The FP&A team collaborates with budget holders and senior leadership to ensure the provision of precise information, valuable insights, and constructive challenges. This position involves close collaboration with support functions, as well as with regional Finance Managers and General Managers across our studios in the UK/Europe and the US.Please note this role is a 12 month maternity cover. It is also offered on a hybrid work basis of 3 days a week from home and 2 days a week in our central London officeWhat You’ll Do

  • End-to-end FP&A process using appropriate technology, systems, and tools.
  • Preparation of quarterly forecasts, strategic plans, and annual budgets.
  • Month End activity including analytical review.
  • Production and evaluation of MI and performance analysis (P&L, Variance Analysis, KPIs).
  • Design and develop meaningful business and financial reporting.
  • Provide a quality of insight to facilitate commercial decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collate data for divisional planning processes.
  • Support key core finance activities including month end activity.
  • Continuous process improvement, identifying new methods of analysis.

What We’re Looking For

  • Part Qualified/Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting & FP&A
  • A “can do” mindset, adaptable and flexible.
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Resilient and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • System skills: Strong Excel skills. Ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and TM1 – but not essential.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and to work independently.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • A self-starting individual, initiating action without the need to be prompted by others.
