Are you ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources? Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team in the APAC region as an HR Coordinator. This is your chance to play a crucial role in supporting our employees and enhancing their experience across HR functions.
What Youll Do:
As an HR Coordinator, reporting to the Director HR Operations, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional HR support to our APAC employees. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing Expert Guidance: Offer frontline HR support, answering employee queries related to HR programs, policies, benefits, timesheets, and more.

Coordinating Issue Resolution: Work closely with Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams to resolve complex employee issues, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the process.

Empowering Employees: Develop and maintain self-service knowledge content for employees via platforms like MyAssistant and ServiceNow, making HR resources easily accessible.

Streamlining Onboarding: Support new employees from day one by managing onboarding logistics, tech setups, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Managing Employee Data: Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, Finance, and the HR Data Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data changes and job requisitions.

Overseeing Offboarding: Guide departing employees and their managers through the offboarding process, addressing any questions related to Payroll, Benefits, Facilities, and IT, and conducting exit interviews when required.

Supporting Reporting & Data Integrity: Assist HRBPs with reporting needs and work with the HR Data team on regular data audits to maintain data quality.

Driving HR Efficiency: Contribute to HR operational projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and improving the overall employee experience.

Collaborating on Special Projects: Partner with HRBP teams on various client-specific projects and tasks as needed.
