Location: Dublin City Centre
Tier 2 ContractorJob Overview:Optimize Recruitment are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a Tier 2 Contractor in Dublin City Centre. Managing two key projects: a residential apartment development (Apartments) and a hotel construction project. Highly competitive salary on offer. Immediate start preferred. Their team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate activities for Residential (Apartments) and Hotel projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Site Manager on daily and weekly tasks.
• Report to the Regional Director and work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, wellbeing, environment, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Guarantee that construction tasks follow designer’s drawings and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant trade certification.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Construction Contracts Manager, particularly in residential projects.
• Experience managing stakeholder agreements, including clients and team members.
• Strong communication and computer skills, with proficiency in reporting on project delivery schedules.
• Familiarity with Irish construction regulations and standards.
• Proven track record with Tier 1 or 2 Contractors and/or Major Developers.
