Position Summary:

• Organise and maintain assigned section of the kitchen effectively.

• Serve food in proper portions and onto proper receptacles.

• Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period.

• Ensures the satisfaction of our guest expectations and where possible anticipating their expectations.

• Understand traveller’s requirements and deliver service excellence with each travellers experience.

• Maintain strong food safety and property standards.

About You:

• Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification.

• Passion for the industry.

• Relevant experience in a similar role.

• Working rights in Australia.

• Hold or willing to obtain a both an online food safety and allergen certificate.

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career.

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
