• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Make reservations and help the customer to find the most suitable hotel with the best value.
• Communicate with hotels regarding to any request, cancellation or change of booking.

Who are you?

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• 6 months+ experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Solution oriented who sees no obstacles
• Interested in a career in an exciting international company
