With years of experience, it partners with international designers and manufacturers to provide the best available technologies for a diverse range of sectors, including utilities, agriculture, and hospitality. It serves renowned clients such as Scottish Water, AG Barr, and Mackies.As the Project Manager, you will lead and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. To ensure successful project delivery, you will oversee project communication to effectively manage and meet client expectations and handle project resources, including staff and subcontractors.The Project Manager will:
- Manage project Health & Safety by ensuring RAMS completion and adherence to standards.
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing of materials; promptly resolve supplier issues.
- Manage billing, cash flow, client retentions, forecasts, and WIP valuations; review costs and resolve variances.
- Lead pre-start meetings, clarify project requirements, and ensure stakeholder collaboration.
- Review and approve contract terms, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Conduct PIRs to document learning and enhance future projects.
The Project Manager should have:
- Existing project management experience in the renewables/energy sector, ideally with electrical bias.
- Has a NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Ability to analyse and challenge data for completeness and accuracy.
- Full UK driving license with own transport.
- CSCS / SSSTS / SMSTS certifications are preferable.
