Morgan McKinley is representing a Private Equity backed client on the lookout for a dynamic Management Accountant. This is your chance to make a significant impact on a forward-thinking organisation. This role will be hybrid, offering great annual leave and a salary of £40-50k.Key Responsibilities:Systems & Processes:· Train the finance team on the Exchequer system to ensure efficient and effective processes.· Support new finance software implementation· Manage sustainability data reporting and monitor supplier emissions.Reconciliations:· Oversee and authorise all monthly and year-end reconciliations.· Address systematic errors and ensure efficient reconciliation procedures.· Conduct balance sheet reconciliations as needed.Month/Year-End Accounts:· Review and reconcile month-end management accounts.· Ensure complete and accurate data in line with the month-end timetable.· Prepare year-end schedules and assist in audit preparations.Commercial Operations Support:· Oversee sales and stock data collation and loading.· Address financial control issues with commercial operations managers.· Develop performance reporting and recommend profitability improvements.· Resolve sales to banking reconciliation variances.General Management:· Record and maintain process maps for key finance tasks.· Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic goals.· Assist with finance training for staff.· Deputize for the Head of Finance as needed.Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.BY APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR WHICH TOGETHER WITH OUR GOVERN YOUR USE OF MORGAN MCKINLEY SERVICES.
