About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive roadmap and strategy for a new security product initiative. This role will be responsible for taking a new product from early concept stage to a successful market launch and will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launch new products, assessing product market fit, and working backwards from customer needs and pain points. High business acumen as well as robust technical knowledge will be critical for a quick and successful ramp up. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with product and business leadership to define the objective, goals, and metrics for a new product launch
  • Maintain and execute on the product roadmap rooted in customer need, market and business direction
  • Conduct customer and market research, surveys, and discussions to gather product feedback and market needs
  • Build relationships with sales and support to ensure all business needs are met
  • Partner with Product Marketing to help define go-to-market strategy and messaging, assist with product positioning, benefits, and target personas

What You’ll Need:

  • 5 -7+ years of product management experience
  • Track record of planning both short- and long-term technology direction in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and UI/UX teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate product positioning and technology
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
  • Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 – $210,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
