This vacancy is part of the Listings Team – an area of work which encompasses both financial and legal elements. This work is highly specialised and for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate it will offer fantastic training and a wonderful kick-off to their career. You will work with clients preparing to list funds and other entites on the Irish Stock Exchange. You will play a hands-on role in preparing the documentation for listings and liaising with clients to ensure this process runs smoothly. You will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to multi-task and work as a member of a team.The successful candidate may have some experience in AML, Financial Administration, Paralegal work or something similar.Duties will include:

• Assisting with trade documents and final terms – submitting and processing to Stock Exchanges and European authorities
• Preparation of relevant support forms and documents.
• Administration tasks including – entering trades and data into the database, obtaining LEI & ISIN codes.
• Responding to queries and correspondence from clients and other internal departments of the firm.
• Administration of AML related tasks.

For consideration for this role you will need to have:

• Third level qualification in finance, business administration or another relevant area.
• 6-12 months experience in an office-based environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook.
