Introduction
As a Randori Hacker Operations Center (HOC) Attack Automation Team Engineer, you will be helping to create the automated attacks and actions that a true adversary would take in an operation.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Using your knowledge of the threat landscape combined with our RECON and ATTACK platforms you will help customers understand risks and improve their security programs. Your primary responsibility will include working on python development that will automate Red Team daily activities by utilizing your understanding of threat actors’ tactics, techniques, and procedures. You’ll work alongside IBM’s X-Force Applied Research and X-Force Attack Targeted Operations teams to capture both innovative attacks and industry standard TTPS into automated functions
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Extensive proven experience with Python programming for automation required
- Background or demonstrated experience in information security
- Demonstrated experience with attacker tactics, techniques, tools, and procedures (TTP’s)
- Deep understanding and/or experience in Red Teaming, Pen Testing, or Vulnerability Research
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrated experience implementing security mechanisms and bypassing common security mechanisms on networks and systems
OSCP, SANS Certifications
Experience detecting threats on networks or systems
Experience verifying vulnerabilities on systems
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes in cloud computing platforms
