We’re looking for a passionate Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates for our clients across various industries.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and build targeted sourcing strategies.

• Become a master of the online universe, using internet searches, databases, and social media to find hidden gems.

• Analyze resumes and conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates are a perfect fit.

• Craft compelling messaging to engage top talent and build strong relationships.

• Keep our team and clients informed with regular progress reports.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• A knack for unearthing hidden talent through online research.

• Experience within the banking / financial sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates.

• A strong understanding of social media platforms for talent acquisition.

• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
