Job description
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right-hand person to the CEO, handling a variety of high-level administrative tasks, including HR matters and aspects of Finance. This is a varied role with delegated decision making responsibilities across the whole business.The Executive Assistant/PA duties include:
- Keep the CEO’s email, calendar, and travel plans in check.
- Company Secretary responsibility, supporting with meeting schedules, minute-taking, capturing actions and recording updates.
- Preparing budgets and papers for Board and Finance meetings.
- Managing and overseeing new company initiatives, acting in representative capacity.
- Supporting recruitment processes, from advertising through to appointments.
- Manage new starters and leavers, absence records, and HR files.
- Organise events, meetings, staff socials, and training sessions.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Supporting the team in ad-hoc tasks as required.
