The Mission Systems Marketing Team is looking for a highly motivated, organized, business professional for our Marketing Analyst job. This position offers a variety of meaningful work assignments that directly impact marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to network across the business development organization and various disciplines to include sales, business development, business analytics, competitive intelligence, and strategy personnel.

This Marketing Analyst role will work directly with our Marketing Managers to create marketing information resources for the larger business development team. Perform on marketing activities and maintain marketing performance metrics. The Marketing Analyst role will provide value-added, actionable deliverables and develop an understanding of our current position within the markets we serve.

What You Will Do:

• Aid in development of Marketing Collateral and management of materials.
• Support the creation of Interactive Content Development.
• Assist in drafting Press Releases and Social Media content.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Coordination of Demos and Event Planning support.

What You Will Learn:

• Gain Knowledge of our Industry, Capabilities, Products and Customer segments.
• Develop experience in all aspects of Marketing design, strategy, project execution, and analysis.
• Develop relationships and cross-functional knowledge and experience working with Sales, Business Development, Strategy, Finance and Corporate Brand Management roles. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Clearance requirement (if applicable)

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Good understanding, skills, and experience in applying principles of Marketing.
• Ability to work effectively on project assignments without a lot of oversight and moderate instruction.
• Design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software or equivalent for generating and editing graphics, and video.
• Able to collect, analyze and distill key information into a concise and usable format.
• Budget Management skills preferred.
• Organizational skills that allow you to work on multiple projects and meet time constraints.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD – 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
